Most employees coping with life stressors find the help they need through our comprehensive Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). But sometimes an employee needs more extensive counseling to resolve behavioral health issues.
Resource Management Consultants offers an integrated EAP-Managed Behavioral Healthcare Program to provide seamless support to employees and effective management of escalating behavioral health care costs for employers. This is most effective for self-insured employers.
How It Works
Employees call one toll-free line for both EAP and Behavioral Health care coverage. RMC determines which service is needed and connects the caller with a referral. Employees can often maintain treatment continuity with their EAP provider. When the behavioral health benefit is clinically indicated, managed behavioral health care services are offered through our nationwide network of behavioral health care providers.
