Conducting organizational culture survey interviews to better understand the unique needs and factors that may affect EAP access in client organizations;
Developing written EAP policy and procedures that are integrated with the organization’s human resource policy;
Working with human resources and senior management to ensure efficient and effective management of the EAP;
Conducting presentations for senior management, supervisors and other leaders to establish support and understanding about the program;
Educating employees about the EAP and encouraging usage;
Training supervisors and management about recognition, intervention and EAP usage in job performance problems;
Enhancing and maintaining program quality by seeking feedback through a variety of methods;
Providing EAP utilization reports documenting the number of employees using the EAP within the reporting period, types of support needed, and analyses of utilization trends.
