| Ron Hesslein, MA, CEAP has more than two decades of clinical, organizational and employee assistance experience. Before joining RMC, he managed LIFEWORKS Employee Assistance Program headquartered in New Jersey. He has spoken extensively on topics such as stress management, workplace violence, substance abuse and the effects of chronic illness on families. Corporate audiences have included AlliedSignal Inc., Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp., U.S. Customs Service and Warner Lambert Co. |
Ron holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern University and a Master’s Degree from Wesleyan University. He completed his internship in clinical psychology at East Orange VA Medical Center, where he specialized in behavioral medicine. Ron is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and a member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association.

Bruce completed his Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Recreation at Unity College in 1986 and has 10 years experience working with adolescents and adults in wilderness adventure settings. He later received his Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School. He worked in Community Mental Health for 6 years as a Child & Family Therapist. He has worked as an Individual & Family Therapist in private practice since 2005, where he continues to keep a small caseload. He is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of New Hampshire, and is a National Certified Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors.
