Workplace Violence Prevention and Response
Effective response to acts or threats of violence can help reduce your employer liability, increase employee safety and morale, and successfully resolve potentially violent incidents. RMC will work with you to develop a comprehensive approach to prevent violence. Services include:
Organizational risk management/liability assessments
Threat response plan
Policies and procedures development
Training a threat response team
Identification of high risk situations
Security precautions
Training on domestic violence and hostile work environments
Profile of high risk employees
Supervisory training
If a violent incident does take place, RMC provides an immediate response through our Crisis Services and Fitness for Duty Programs.
