Experience: Resource Management Consultants has been providing EAPs since 1984. We are currently the largest vendor of EAP services in northern New England, covering more than 110,000 employees and family members across America. With six New Hampshire staff offices and 1,200 national affiliate consultants, we serve more than 70 regional and national client companies.

Expertise: Our professional staff possess a combination of advanced clinical credentials with business experience. This dual focus on health promotion/prevention and human resource management helps us enhance both individual and organizational effectiveness. Our consultants are skilled at dealing with sensitive employee relations concerns including conflict, sexual harassment and workplace violence. All consultants are licensed, certified, and have received master’s level and advanced specialty training.
