Program Options
RMC will customize an EAP to an organization's needs. Employers may choose from an EAP assessment and referral model, a short term counseling model, or telephonic services. Services may include:
ResourceLink®: Telephonic assessment and referrals combined with 24/7 Crisis Response
Assessment & Referral Model (1-3 session): One to three sessions with an RMC consultant for individuals requiring in-person assessments and referrals.
Short Term Counseling (1-6 session or 1-8 session):  One to six, or one to eight sessions with an RMC counselor for individuals requiring in-person short term counseling.
Supervisory Training: On-site seminar to educate management and department heads about using the EAP as a supervisory tool
Employee Orientation: On-site orientation to familiarize employees with the features of the EAP and emphasize how easy it is to use
Health Promotion Seminars: On-site seminars on relevant topics such as stress management, anxiety, balancing work and family commitments, etc.
Work/Life Programs: Trained specialists provide information and referrals to help employees resolve problems in their daily lives 
Crisis Services: On-site counseling after a traumatic workplace incident
